Depuis son émergence de la scène metal underground en 2005, CADAVRUL s'est forgé une réputation de brutalité sans concession dans le death metal. Le groupe a notamment sorti la démo «Forensic Nightmares» en 2006, son premier album «Enter The Morgue» en 2013, et a enchaîné les concerts, ce qui a consolidé sa place dans la scène metal extrême roumaine.
«Necrotic Savagery» a été conçu avec une méticulosité extrême : les sessions d'enregistrement ont eu lieu au Crossover Sound Studio de Constanța, le mixage et le mastering ont été réalisés chez DigitalDemonForge au Royaume-Uni, la production a été supervisée par Axa Valaha Productions, et la distribution est assurée par Loud Rage Music. L'illustration et la présentation visuelle sont signées Costin Chioreanu, artiste de renom reconnu pour son travail sur la scène metal internationale.
L'album promet une attaque implacable d'énergie Death Metal brute et old-school, raffinée pour l'auditeur contemporain, une descente sinistre dans des paysages sonores de décomposition, de dévastation et de terreur débridée.
