European stoner, doom and psychedelic rock festival Heavy Psych Sounds Fest has unveiled the complete lineups for the German chapter of their mini-festival series, to take place in Berlin and Dresden over the October 16-17th weekend. A riff-heavy crusade from top to bottom!
Leading the charge are Polish doom overlords BelzebonG, whose cavernous fuzz and reefer-worshipping swagger need no introduction, alongside Ohio’s riff-worshipping road warriors Valley of the Sun and Portland's own psych-metal conjurors Hippie Death Cult. The bill also features Texas proto-heavy revelers Duel, Italy’s psychedelic power trio MR.BISON, and the swirling, organ-drenched prog rock of Californian goldsmiths Mondo Drag. Early vibes come courtesy of Early Moods, while Freedom Hawk bring their trademark proto-doom heaviness, Lord Elephant deliver crushing, slow-burning fuzz, and hijss round things out with raw, garage psych and punk-soaked energy. Adding a touch of regional exclusivity, Deathchant will raise hell on the Dresden date only, making that stop a must-see for fans of gnarly heavy rock'n'roll.
